Archetypes: The Matrix of Value Systems
The Archetype is the most complete representation of a customer’s experience. It is born from a collaborative process: three specialized AI Agents—each a master of a different Value System—perform a deep review of the customer’s story.
Then, the Value Architect—our final synthesis Agent—reviews these specialist reports to create a single, composite characterization of the human at the center.
🏗️ The Matrix of Value Systems
Before an Archetype is formed, three distinct “Psychologists” perform a simultaneous cross-examination of the market:
- The Aesthetic Agent (Appraisal of Appeal): Audits the “Grit.” They pinpoint the physical and functional stimuli—the Sensory Wins and Structural Friction—that anchor the product in reality.
- The Mental Model Agent (Appraisal of Flow): Maps the “Script.” They uncover the internal logic, unwritten rules, and Implicit Contracts that the user expects the brand to honor.
- The Drives Agent (Appraisal of Drive): Quantifies the “Engine.” They identify the Locus of Value (what they truly want) and the Strategic Allergy (the specific violations they find intolerable).
🤖 The Value Architect: The Final Synthesis
The Value Architect is the “Lead Strategist” of our engine. This Agent’s mandate is to synthesize the findings from the three specialists into a Unified Appraisal. By layering the What, the How, and the Why, the Value Architect eliminates the “Reality Gap.” The result is a Forensic Archetype—a predictable behavioral unit that tells you exactly how a customer will react to your next move.
- It explains why the “Autonomous Controller” (Core Drive) using an “Expert-Level” script (Mental Model) will inevitably reject a “Highly-Automated” product (Discourse) as a “Structural Friction.”
The Integrated Result:
- Unified Strategic Stance: A singular “Go/No-Go” status for the segment.
- The Internal Monologue: The consolidated “Brutal Truth” that speaks for the human at the center.
- The Strategic Pivot: A high-fidelity recommendation that addresses the physical product, the cognitive onboarding, and the motivational hook simultaneously.
